nano-soft.tech is run by Nano-Soft Technology SRL, a company registered in Romania, trading as Nano Soft. For anything about this notice or your data, email hello@nano-soft.tech.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not build a profile of you.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

We keep project emails for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet legal obligations such as accounting records. Ask us and we delete what we are not required to keep.

Our hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used to keep the site secure and running. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

Our products, such as Preplo, Just Add and Kraterion, run on their own sites and have their own privacy policies. This notice covers only nano-soft.tech.

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@nano-soft.tech and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
